Business Overview The "Shirai City Gender Equality Promotion Action Plan" based on Article 14, Paragraph 3 of the Basic Law for Gender Equal Society has been formulated as a 10-year plan from FY 2008 to FY 2025. However, since this plan will expire in FY2025, the （ tentatively named ） Shirai City Gender Equality Plan will be formulated for the planning period from FY2026 to FY2035.
